pause or play

I wish I could rewind

and find

all the things I’ve missed 

and left behind;

I wish I could replay

Go back to the old days

and fix my mistakes

But no,

all I can do is stay,

’cause there is no pause or play–

it doesn’t matter,

 what I say.
